1. Services
Count Photography provides professional photography services including event photography, portrait/headshot photography, and commercial photography. The scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be agreed in writing prior to the shoot.
2. Booking & Payment
a. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once written confirmation is received and the required deposit is paid.
b. Fees & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed fee is required to secure the booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance is due as stated on the invoice, typically upon delivery of final images.
c. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made in writing with at least 72 hours’ notice.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• Late cancellations may result in the full fee being payable.
d. Force Majeure
Count Photography shall not be liable for cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, severe weather, transport disruption, or government restrictions. Any fees paid will be credited or refunded where appropriate.

3. Image Delivery & Editing
• Delivery timelines are estimates and will be outlined in the booking confirmation.
• Count Photography retains creative discretion over editing style.
• Minor reasonable adjustments may be requested; extensive re-editing may incur additional charges.
• Unedited RAW files are not supplied unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. Copyright & Usage
a. Ownership
Count Photography retains full copyright and intellectual property rights to all images.
b. Licence
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use images for agreed personal or promotional purposes related to the project.
c. Restrictions
Images may not be resold, licensed to third parties, or used in paid advertising without prior written agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities
• Provide accurate information, access, and permissions for the shoot.
• Ensure a safe and cooperative environment.
• Obtain model or property releases where required, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability
Count Photography will take reasonable care but shall not be liable for:
• Loss of profit or business opportunity
• Technical limitations, weather conditions, or subject cooperation
• Indirect or consequential losses
Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
