Last night we photographed at the Launch of SEEH Network at the House of Commons.

The SEEH Network was created to bring together people from different sectors that are interested or involved in health, education and social enterprise. There was a panel discussion with audience participation. The panel included: Chris White MP, Baroness Glenys Thornton, Charlie Wigglesworth – Director of Business & Enterprise at Social Enterprise UK, David Maguire – Vice-Chancellor, University of Greenwich, Francis Sealey  – Director at GlobalNet21. The discussion was moderated by Damien Page – Head of the Department of Education and Community Studies, University of Greenwich.

The panel discussion focused on the impact of social enterprise and how collaboration between professionals, social entrepreneurs, communities, students and academics can help them to develop their capacity to innovate and to progress projects for social change in health and education both in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and also across the country.

The event was well attended by over 100 guests. The SEEH Network will also host a festival later on in the year.
